Our Wine Resort is designed as a dream hotel for adults over 18. Located in Cafayate, Salta, a magical place amidst idyllic landscapes and sunsets. We have 20 exclusive, designer-style Casitas that perfectly blend modern and local touches.

Gastronomy and wine are the lifeblood of the Resort. We have an 80-seat restaurant called “Aura,” two swimming pools with swim-up bars, and a barbecue area called “La Bestia” that promises feasts of grilled meats.

Jon and Arlene Malinski, owners of Piattelli Vineyards, dreamed of creating an oasis in Cafayate, a place where couples could relax, reconnect, and reflect, honoring the love they have shared for over 55 years. The idea took shape in 2020 when they began developing Piattelli Wine Resort.
