Quebrada de las Conchas is a natural canyon located approximately 20 km from Cafayate, on Route 68. It is famous for its geological formations sculpted by wind and water erosion over thousands of years, including iconic sites such as El Anfiteatro (The Amphitheater) and La Garganta del Diablo (The Devil's Throat).
The scenic drive is considered one of the most beautiful routes in the Calchaquí Valleys.

It was built in 1885 to replace the old church, which was practically in ruins. It features a post-colonial structure with Italian architectural influences and was designed by the renowned architect Pedro Coll.
It is composed of five naves, making it one of only three buildings of this type still preserved in South America.
The main altar is in the Renaissance style, while another altar is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In addition, fifteen polychrome wooden panels depict the Mysteries of the Rosary. The image of Our Lady of the Rosary is notable for being depicted seated, which is why it is affectionately known as "the Seated Virgin."
Located in the center of Cafayate, it offers an interactive experience focused on the history of winemaking in the Calchaquí Valleys. Through audiovisual resources and exhibits, visitors discover the region's wine culture, including the emblematic Torrontés variety.

The Cafayate Regional Museum is the work of Professor Rodolfo Bravo, a passionate defender of the Diaguita-Calchaquí culture. The archaeological material was recovered in the area surrounding Cafayate, within a 30-kilometer radius.
The exhibited pieces—ceramics, textiles, and metal objects—were used for funerary and religious purposes, with the exception of the lithic material.
Since 1991, the museum, which houses approximately 2,000 pieces, has been maintained and managed by his widow, Helga H. Mazzoni, and his son, Maximiliano Bravo.
